【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesfunctionalrequirementsforthedesign,construction,commissioning,operationandmaintenanceofnewgasmeasuringstationsfornon-domesticcustodytransferofnaturalgas,asdescribedinISO13686,withadesigncapacityequaltoorgreaterthan500m/h(atbaseconditions,see4.1)andforoperatingpressuresequaltoorgreaterthan1bar(gaugepressure).NOTEInstallationsusingdiaphragmgasmetersasprimarymeasuringinstrumentsarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Exceptforsafetyandenvironmentalaspects,theextenttowhichtherequirementsofthisstandardareappliedshouldbejustifiedbytheeconomicsofthemeasuringstation.Therefore,stationswithanannualthroughputofequaltoorsmallerthan300000m(atbaseconditions)areexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiescommonbasicprinciplesforgassupplysystems.UsersofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbeawarethatmoredetailednationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticemayexistintheCENmembercountries.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeappliedinassociationwiththesenationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticesettingouttheabovementionedbasicprinciples.
