【摘要】:Contrastratioataspecifiedfilmthicknessisausefulhidingpowerparameterforproductioncontrolandpurchasingspecifications.Thegreaterthehidingpower,thelesscoatingisrequiredperunitareatoobtainadequatehiding.Knowledgeofhidingpoweristhereforeimportantinregardtocoatingcostsandforcomparingcoatingvalue.1.1Thesetestmethodsdetermineandreportthehidingpowerofapowdercoatingwithrespecttotwoparameters:1.1.1TestMethodA-ContrastRatioatagivenfilmthickness1.1.2TestMethodB-Filmthicknessat0.98(98%)contrastratio.Note1-Themeasuredparametersconformtopowdercoatingindustrypracticebymeasuringhidingpowerinrelationtofilmthickness,ratherthanthemoreconventional"SpreadingRate"functionemployedinTestMethodsD344andD2805andotherhidingpowertestmethods.Note2-Hidingpowerisphotometricallydefinedasthespreadingrateat0.98contrastratio.SeedefinitionsofspreadingrateandhidingpowerinTerminologyD16,D2805,andthePaintandCoatingsTestingManual.Note3-Thecontrastratioof0.98isconventionallyacceptedinthecoatingsindustryasrepresenting"complete"hidingforreflectometrichidingpowermeasurements.Butvisually,aswellasphotometrically,itisslightlylessthancomplete.1.2Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofthehidingpowerofpowdercoatingsappliedbyelectrostaticspraying.1.3Thesetestmethodsdeterminehidingpowerbymeansofreflectometricandthicknessgagemeasurements.TheyarelimitedtocoatingshavingaminimumCIE-Yreflectanceof15%.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO5269specifiesamethod,usingaRapid-Kothensheetformer,forthepreparationoflaboratorysheetsofpulpforthepurposeofcarryingoutsubsequentphysicaltestsonthesesheetsinordertoassesstherelevantpropertiesofthepulpitself.ThispartofISO5269isapplicabletomostkindsofpulp.Itisnotsuitableforsomepulpswithverylongfibres,suchasthosemadefromunshortenedcotton,flaxandsimilarmaterials.Thismethodisnotsuitableforthepreparationoflaboratorysheetsforthedeterminationofdiffusebluereflectancefactor(ISObrightness)inaccordancewithISO3688WARNING—Whenlong-fibredpulpisusedintheunshortenedform,thesheetformationmaynotalwaysbesatisfactory.
