【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonmanagingthedesignofalltypesofmanufacturedproducts.Itdealswitheverystageoftheprocessfromproductconceptthroughtodelivery,useandultimatedisposal.NOTE1Thisstandardrecognizesthatsmallenterprisesorthosespecializinginone-offproductsorspecialpurposemachineryorequipmentoftenneedtoadapttheprocesstosuittheirownneedsandsizeofoperation.Itaddressesalllevelsofmanagement,inalltypesoforganizationsinvolvedindesign.Guidanceisgivenontheapplicationofgeneralprinciplesandtechniquestothemanagementofdesign,raisingawarenessofmanagementissuesandemphasizingtheneedforanintegratedapproachtoproductdesign.Itisnotthepurposeofthisstandardtodefinedesigntechniques.NOTE2Formanyproducts,particularlythosethatarecomplex,anintegratedmulti-disciplinaryapproachtodesignisneeded,preferablyembodyingsystemsengineeringtechniques.Guidanceonsystemsengineeringiswidelyavailable,includingfromISO,IEC,ANSIandEIAstandardslistedintheBibliography.DocumentsrecommendedforguidanceongeneralmanagementtechniquesarealsolistedintheBibliography.Guidanceonthemanagementofinnovation,servicedesignandconstructiondesignisgiveninBS7000-1,BS7000-3andBS7000-4respectively.NOTE3Guidanceonproceduresneededtomeetstatutoryrequirements,suchashealthandsafety,orproductcertificationandliability,isnotintendedtobecomprehensive.Referenceneedstobemadetootherdocumentswhereappropriate.NOTE4ThisstandardisintendedtocomplementBSENISO9001.
