【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedforuseasacontrol,acceptance,andassessmenttest.Moisturecanseriouslyaffecttheprocessabilityofplastics.Itispossiblethathighmoisturecontentwillcausesurfaceimperfections(thatis,splayorbubbling)ordegradationbyhydrolysis.Lowmoisture(withhightemperature)hasbeenknowntocausesolidphasepolymerization.Thephysicalpropertiesofsomeplasticsaregreatlyaffectedbythemoisturecontent.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthequantitativedeterminationofwaterdownto20ppminplasticsusingarelativehumiditysensor.1.2ValuesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.1.3Specimenstestedinthistestmethodcanreachorexceed250176;C,usecautionwhenhandlingthemaftertestinghascompleted.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.

【摘要】:Themeasurementofparticulatematteremissionratesisanimportanttestmethodwidelyusedinthepracticeofairpollutioncontrol.Thesemeasurements,whenapprovedbyfederalorstateagencies,areoftenrequiredforthepurposeofdeterminingcompliancewithregulationsandstatutes.Themeasurementsmadebeforeandafterdesignmodificationsarenecessarytodemonstratetheeffectivenessofdesignchangesinreducingemissionsandmakethisstandardanimportanttoolinmanufacturerx2019;sresearchanddevelopmentprograms.Measurementofheatingefficiencyprovidesauniformbasisforcomparisonofproductperformancethatisusefultotheconsumer.Itisalsorequiredtorelateemissionsproducedtotheusefulheatproduction.Thisisalaboratorymethodandisnotintendedtobefullyrepresentativeofallactualfielduse.Itisrecognizedthatusersofhand-firedwoodburningequipmenthaveagreatdealofinfluenceovertheperformanceofanywood-burningappliance.Somecompromisesinrealismhavebeenmadeintheinterestofprovidingareliableandrepeatabletestmethod.1.1Thistestmethodappliestowood-firedorautomaticallyfedbiomassburninghydronicheatingappliances,whichthemanufacturerspecifiesforoutdoorinstallationorinstructuresnotnormallyoccupiedbyhumans.Theseappliancestransferheattotheindoorenvironmentthroughcirculationofaliquidheatexchangemediasuchaswaterorawater-antifreezemixture.1.2Thetestmethodsimulateshandloadingofseasonedcordwoodorfuelingwithaspecifiedbiomassfuelandmeasuresparticulateemissionsanddeliveredheatingefficiencyatspecifiedheatoutputratesbasedontheappliancex2019;sratedheatingcapacity.1.3ParticulateemissionsaremeasuredbythedilutiontunnelmethodasspecifiedinTestMethodE2515.Deliveredefficiencyismeasuredbydeterminingtheheatoutputthroughmeasurementoftheflowrateandtemperaturechangeofwatercirculatedthroughaheatexchangerexternaltotheapplianceanddeterminingtheinputfromthemassofdryfuelanditshigherheatingvalue.Deliveredefficiencydoesnotattempttoaccountforpipelineloss.1.4Productscoveredbythistestmethodincludebothpressurizedandnon-pressurizedheatingappliancesintendedtobefiredwithwoodorautomaticallyfedbiomassfuels.Theseproductsarehydronicheatingapplianceswhichthemanufacturerspecifiesforoutdoorinstallationorinstructuresnotnormallyoccupiedbyhumans.Theyareoftenconnectedtoanindoorheatexchangerbyinsulatedpipesburiedinthegroundandnormallyincludeapumptocirculateheatedliquid.Theyareusedtoheatstructuressuchashomes,barns,andgreenhousesandcanheatdomestichotwater,spas,orswimmingpools.1.5Distinguishingfeaturesofproductscoveredbythisstandardinclude:1.5.1Manufacturersspecifyoutdoorinstallationorinstallationinstructuresnotnormallyoccupiedbyhumans.1.5.2Afireboxwithanaccessdoorforhandloadingoffuelorahopperandautomatedfeedsystemfordeliveryofparticulatefuelsuchaswoodpelletsorsolidbiomassfueltoaburnpotorcombustionchamber.1.5.3Typicallyathermostaticcontroldevicethatcontrolscombustionairsupplyorfueldelivery,orboth,tomaintaintheliquidintheappliancewithinapredeterminedtemperaturerangeprovidedsufficientfuelisavailableinthefireboxorhopper.1.5.4Achimneyorventthatexhaustscombustionproductsfromtheappliance.1.6Thevaluesstatedaretoberegardedasthestandardwhetherininch-poundorSIunits.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.【英文标准名称】:Industrial-processcontrolvalves;part5:marking
