【摘要】:LaboratoriesaccreditedunderISO17025arerequiredtopresentuncertaintyestimatesfortheirtestresults.Thispracticeprovidesproceduresthatusetestresultstodevelopuncertaintyestimatesforanindividuallaboratory.Generally,thesetestresultswillbefromasinglesampleofstableandhomogeneousmaterialknownasacontrolorchecksample.Thetruevalueofthecharacteristic(s)ofthecontrolsamplebeingmeasuredwillordinarilybeunknown.However,thismethodologymayalsobeusedifthecontrolsampleisareferencematerial,inwhichcasethetestmethodbiasmayalsobeestimatedandincorporatedintotheuncertaintyestimate.Manytestmethodsdonothavetruereferencematerialsavailabletoprovidetraceablechainsofuncertaintyestimation.Thispracticealsoallowsforongoingmonitoringofthelaboratoryuncertainty.Asestimatesofthelevelofuncertaintychange,possiblyascontributionstouncertaintyareidentifiedandminimized,revisiontothelaboratoryuncertaintywillbepossible.1.1Thispracticedescribestechniquesforalaboratorytoestimatetheuncertaintyofatestresultusingdatafromtestresultsonacontrolsample.1.2Uncertaintyasdefinedbythispracticeappliestothecapabilitiesofasinglelaboratory.Anyestimateofuncertaintydeterminedthroughtheuseofthispracticeappliesonlytotheindividuallaboratoryforwhichthedataarepresented.1.3Thelaboratoryusesawelldefinedandestablishedtestmethodindeterminingaseriesoftestresults.Theuncertaintyestimatedusingthispracticeonlyapplieswhenthesametestmethodisfollowed.Theuncertaintyonlyappliesforthematerialtypesrepresentedbythecontrolsamples,andmultiplecontrolsamplesmaybeneeded,especiallyifthemethodhasdifferentprecisionfordifferentsampletypesorresponselevels.1.4Theuncertaintyestimatedeterminedbythispracticerepresentstheintermediateprecisionoftestresults.Thisestimateseekstoquantifythetotalvariationexpectedwithinasinglelaboratoryusingasingleestablishedtestmethodwhileincorporatingasmanyknownsourcesofvariationaspossible.1.5Thispracticedoesnotestablisherrorestimates(errorbudget)attributedtoindividualfactorsthatcouldinfluenceuncertainty.1.6Thispracticedescribestheuseofcontrolchartstoevaluatethedataobtainedandpresentsaspecialtypeofcontrolcharttomonitortheestimateofuncertainty.1.7ThesystemofunitsforthisStandardisnotspecified.DimensionalquantitiesintheStandardarepresentedonlyasillustrationsofcalculationmethods.Theexamplesarenotbindingonproductsortestmethodstreated.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
